About The Brewery at Four Star Farms

The Brewery at Four Star Farms is a farm brewery in Northfield, built between two hop yards. Its website says the beers are made from hops and grain grown on the farm. The family planted its first hop yard in 2008 and now grows hops on 17 acres.

Chris Sellers is the brewer and a co-owner. His bio says he has brewed everything from traditional lagers to kettle sours and hazy IPAs. The taproom also pours hard cider, wine, local sodas and non-alcoholic beer, and sells cans to go.

Seating is first come, first served. There are tables, window seats and picnic tables with umbrellas. You can bring a lawn chair or blanket for the lawn overlooking the hop yards, and kids are welcome.
