About Parish Brewing Co.

Parish Brewing Co. is an independent brewery on Jared Dr. in Broussard, Louisiana. The story began around 2003, when founder Andrew Godley found a thriving craft beer scene in Pittsburgh. The first beer it ever sold was Canebrake, a wheat ale named for the sugarcane fields nearby.

Canebrake is still a Louisiana favorite. The rest of the world knows Parish for Ghost in the Machine, a double IPA, and its juicy IPAs. The year-round list also includes Envie, Pescador, Gulf Coast IPA, Dr. Juice and SIPS Pinot Noir.

The taproom sells beer, pint glasses and apparel. Free tours run on Saturdays. There is also trivia.

Parish does not serve food, though it occasionally hosts food trucks. The brewery says it is one of the largest breweries in the region.
