Rally Cap Brewing Company is a sports-themed brewery and taproom in the Industriplex area of Baton Rouge. The taproom covers more than 2,000 square feet, with nine TVs and 16 taps. A pizza kitchen in the same room serves Neapolitan pizza, calzones and sandwiches.
The beer names lean into the ballpark theme. Flagships include First Pitch, a hazy pale ale, and Ambush, an American amber ale. There is also Wendy Peffercorn, a golden milk stout, and Golden Sombrero, a Mexican lager.
Hazy IPAs, sours and stouts round out the board. Imperial Praline is the annual Black Friday big stout, brewed to taste like the New Orleans sweet treat.
Rally Cap was established in 2017 and opened its doors in 2019. The company has since added a location in Omaha. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Baton Rouge on this site.
