About White Squirrel Brewery
White Squirrel Brewery is a brewery and taproom on State Street in Bowling Green. In March 2023 it bought Gasper Brewing Company and moved into a 10,000 square foot warehouse.
The brewhouse makes 8-barrel batches, about 2,000 pints per brew day. The team sources the freshest ingredients it can and keeps refining how it brews.
The beer list starts with a Kolsch, a West Coast IPA, a Jalapeno Kolsch, a Nut Brown Ale and a Belgian White. An Amber Ale, a Citra-hopped Pale Ale and an Oatmeal Stout round it out.
Live music and themed party nights come through the taproom. The entrance and the parking lot are both wheelchair accessible.
