About Science Project Brewing Company
Science Project Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom on North Street in Logansport. The theme is mad science in a glass, and the beer names follow it. Tim Eaton owns the brewery.
The tap list rotates and covers a wide range. Recent pours include a West Coast-style IPA, a Scottish ale, a hazy IPA, a coconut porter, a milkshake IPA, a dunkelweizen, a barleywine and a maibock. The brewery says it is a winner at the Indiana Brewers Cup and that its sours are widely acclaimed.
The kitchen makes handmade, fast-fired pizza, plus starters and handhelds. The taproom is open seven days a week. The building is a renovated older structure with a rotating menu.
Project Beans, a coffee cream ale, gives back to the community. A dollar from every pint goes to the Cass County Humane Society.
