About 10-56 Brewing

10-56 Brewing is a brewery and restaurant in Knox, Indiana. It opened in July 2018 in a former lumberyard. The taproom, brewroom, kitchen and family room now fill different parts of the old building.

The taproom has 10 taps. Eight pour the brewery's own beers, one is a guest beer and one is a guest cider. Guest cans and bottles add to the list, and there is wine and non-alcoholic choices too.

Food is a big part of the draw. The kitchen makes artisan pizza, burgers, sandwiches, salads and desserts. The brewery says it was voted number 1 pizza in Starke County.

Kids and dogs are both welcome. A large outdoor area has games, and live music plays every weekend.
