About Quincy Brewing Company
Quincy Brewing Company is a brewery with a patio on North 6th Street in downtown Quincy. It opened in October 2019 after a year long renovation of three buildings. The owners, Tieraney and Josh Craig, also joined a street remodel that created the pedestrian friendly 6th Street Promenade.
The beer list runs from light lagers to IPAs, sours and a dunkel. Great Debate is a light American lager. Electric Cream Ale uses coffee roasted by neighbors at Electric Fountain Brewing.
Non-drinkers are covered too. The brewery makes its own root beer called Bluff's Beer, a lemon lime soda and hard seltzer. The tapster can point you to the latest non-alcoholic beer.
