About Art History Brewing
Art History Brewing is a brewery with a taproom and beer garden in Geneva, Illinois. Its website says the line-up includes traditional European style lagers and hop-forward North American ales.
The side-pour tower is the detail to look for. The site says it comes from the Czech Republic and pours into special mugs made for the Czech pale lager and Bavarian helles styles. The flagship German and Czech Pilsners sit alongside a cask pub ale program.
The site says co-founder Tom Rau studied at Siebel / World Brewing Academy in Munich. He opened the brewery in 2020 with Greg Browne.
The taproom is open seven days a week. The website calls it a quiet place to work, with Wifi and power outlets, and you can bring your own food. Google also lists a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating.
