About Utara Brewing Co.
Utara Brewing Co. is a brewery and pub in downtown Sandpoint. Its Pub on Pine pours twelve rotating taps of Utara beer next to an Indian-inspired menu. That pairing of house beer and curry is what sets it apart.
The kitchen makes curries, naan pizzas, samosas and shareable appetizers, according to the menu page. The site says the food is designed to go with a fresh pint. Many dishes are marked vegetarian or gluten free.
Utara brews in small batches on a seven-barrel brewhouse. The beer list runs from Czech lager and Vienna lager to pale ale, hazy IPA, porter and imperial stout, plus hard seltzer.
