About Good Apple Taphouse
Good Apple Taphouse is a family owned beer garden and taphouse in Meridian. Boise natives Rob and Carmen opened it in February 2020 because they thought Meridian needed a neighborhood beer and wine bar. It is for ages 21 and over only.
The taps are the draw. Its website lists 28 rotating draft beers and ciders, plus wine, premixed cocktails and seltzers. More than 50 beers in bottles and cans are there to drink in or take home.
The taphouse does not serve or prepare food, and you are welcome to bring your own. A food truck is sometimes onsite, and the taphouse links to its neighbor Uncle Bob's Pizza so you can order from your seat. Dogs are welcome indoors and outdoors, on a leash.
A large patio opens in good weather, and a fire rock can keep it comfortable a little longer. Event room reservations can be requested for private parties. More people have reviewed Good Apple Taphouse on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Meridian on this site.
