Ivanhoe Park Brewing is an independent craft brewery that celebrates the spirit and pioneering ways of George I. Russell, the early 20th century founder of Lake Ivanhoe. The area was later named Joyland, an amusement and recreational park on the shores of the lake, and it once held orange groves and a pineapple farm.
The brewery says it is committed to community, education and quality ingredients, and it aims to make craft beer accessible to everyone. It uses only the finest ingredients and selected hops, barley and malts, with consistency in its core beers as a priority.
