About Sly Bandit Brewing Company
Sly Bandit Brewing Company is a brewpub on Danbury Road in Wilton. Every beer poured is brewed on site, and a full kitchen cooks a menu to go with them.
The taproom is called The Hideout, and it has up to 14 beers on tap. Styles rotate often, from crisp lagers to hop-forward IPAs and seasonal releases. Special releases come out of the Brew Lab next to the taproom.
The kitchen is upstairs in The Hideout. Starters, plates and sides are all made to order and done in-house. Wine, soft drinks and lemonade are there for anyone who skips beer.
Sly Bandit suits a weekday meal, a meet-up after work or watching the game. Weekly trivia runs alongside a rotating mix of events and promotions. The entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.
