About Fritz Family Brewers

Fritz Family Brewers is a small, family owned and operated brewery in Niwot. Cory and Kelly opened it after moving back to Colorado with their baby, Fritz. The taproom is family-friendly and focuses on lagers and ales.

Cory has brewed since he was a homebrewing college student in Boulder in 1992. He later brewed at Tommyknocker in Idaho Springs and spent 17 years at Snake River Brewing in Jackson, Wyoming. Before returning to Colorado, he and Kelly opened Gravely Brewing Co. in Louisville, Kentucky, with extended family.

Lagers lead the tap list. German styles such as Kolsch, pilsner, helles, dunkel and Marzen sit beside IPAs and a fruit sour. The list changes, so check fritzfamilybrewers.com for what is pouring.

There is an indoor bar and an outside bar. The entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.
