About Casey Brewing Taproom

Casey Brewing Taproom is the taproom for Casey Brewing and Blending in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Its website says owner Troy Casey started the brewery in the fall of 2013. The idea is to bring old-world brewing techniques back to the modern drinker.

The beer is barrel-fermented. The website says it is aged in vintage oak barrels with a mixed culture of saccharomyces, brettanomyces and lactic acid bacteria. It also says over 99% of the ingredients are local Colorado ingredients, and that the beers are bottle conditioned.

The farmhouse ales include Saison, Fruit Stand and East Bank. The site also lists lagers, IPAs, stouts and seltzers. Non-alcoholic options are offered too.

The room mixes lounge furniture, high top tables and low benches. The outdoor patio has fire pits for cooler days. More people have reviewed Casey Brewing Taproom on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Glenwood Springs on this site.
