Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is a brewpub in Evergreen. Its website says the Evergreen location opened on Halloween of 2015 and was the town's very first brewpub. It sits on a cliffside above Bear Creek.
The name comes from the Lariat Loop, a 40 mile scenic bypass that runs from Golden through Evergreen, Lakewood and Morrison. Lariat Lodge also runs a second brewpub in Littleton, which opened in 2019.
Each brewpub has 12 house-brewed beers on tap and a full bar. The kitchen cooks pub food from scratch, such as smoked wings, dry aged beef burgers, fish and chips, and house-made pretzels with beer cheese.
