Drake's: The Barn is a two-acre beer garden on the riverfront in West Sacramento's Bridge District. It opened in 2018 as the beer garden and event space of Drake's Brewing, a company founded in San Leandro in 1989. Google also lists it as an event venue and a pizza restaurant.
Its website lists more than 40 rotating taps featuring Drake's beers, plus craft cocktails and wine. The kitchen is a wood-fired pizza kitchen. Rotating food trucks and pop-up vendors add more to eat.
The grounds are built for staying a while. There is a big lawn with games, fire pits, and a large architectural canopy to dance under. Google's description counts three stages hosting DJs and live music shows.
