Brewbakers Brewing Co is a brewpub on Main Street in Visalia. Its website calls it Visalia's original brewing company and says it has been brewing since 1999. The building sits on the site where Visalia's first beer gardens stood in the early 1900s.
The flagship beer is Sequoia Red, which the website describes as a light bodied, easy-drinking red. The house favorites also include an IPA, a honey wheat and Sherman Stout. The tap list changes, and the brewery makes its own soda too, such as rootbeer, orange cream and cherry limeade.
