Institution Ale Co. - Santa Barbara is a brewery tasting room on State Street. It is a sister location to the Institution Ale Co. tasting room in Camarillo, and it runs its own kitchen alongside the taps.
The tap list runs from light lagers and pilsners to malty stouts and a long run of IPAs. Its website keeps a separate tap list for Santa Barbara, and cans are available too.
