Blind Lady Ale House, known to regulars as BLAH, is a brewpub on Adams Avenue in San Diego. Its website says a beer it made with Fall Brewing Company took gold in the 2026 US Open Beer Championship for best collaboration lager. Google calls it a modern tavern space with communal tables and a renowned beer list.

The kitchen makes wood-fired pizza, from a classic margherita to pies topped with sausage, bacon or prosciutto. Starters include a meat and cheese board, Belgian-style frites and mussels cooked in beer broth. Vegetarian and vegan diners have plenty of choices, including a weekly Meatless Monday menu.
Pets are not allowed inside, but you can sit with your dog at one of the barrels out front. The brewpub also runs an industry night on Mondays for local bar and restaurant workers.
