Boomtown Brewery is a taproom, brewery and event space in the DTLA Arts District of Los Angeles. The beer is made right next door to the taproom. Its website calls the place a community space for local artists, makers and builders, and Google lists it as an art gallery too.
Boomtown brews old world, unfiltered, full flavored beers. The website says that means time in tank, quality ingredients and classic styles, even some obscure ones. Bad Hombre Lager is one of its beers, and local artists design the labels.
