About GB Brew Co
GB Brew Co is a brewery and taproom on Auburn Folsom Rd in Granite Bay. It opened in 2023. The brewery says every beer is brewed in-house with locally sourced ingredients.
The taps run from Blood Moon Blonde, a blonde ale brightened with blood orange, to Hopwire, a West Coast IPA. There is also a tropical double IPA, an imperial porter, Patio Pils and a gluten-free seltzer. You can order a 5 oz taster, a 10 oz goblet or a full 16 oz pint.
Rotating food trucks park on site, so the food changes from visit to visit. Live music and trivia nights fill the calendar, and the taproom takes private events.
Dogs are welcome here. The entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.
