Mad Rooster Beer Company is a brewery on S W Ave in Fayetteville, on the northeast corner of the street. It brews its own beer and serves gourmet hot dogs to go with it.
The beers run from classic to experimental. Pale Rooster is a pale ale, Strut King is a hazy New England IPA, and Ted Bungee is an American amber. Yellow Feathers is a blonde ale, and there is a barrel aged milk stout called Deranged Ego.
The food menu is built around hot dogs, including a Chicago Dog, a Chili Dog and an Avocado Bacon Dog. Frito pie, pretzels and small plates round it out.
Dogs are welcome on a leash. There is a patio as well as seating inside, and the brewery takes bookings for events from birthday parties to corporate gatherings.
