About Fossil Cove Brewing Co.
Fossil Cove Brewing Co. is a brewery and tasting room in Fayetteville, Arkansas. It was established in 2012. The name comes from a fossil-laden cove on Beaver Lake, which is also the brewery's water source.
The year-round beers include an India Pale Ale, an Oatmeal Stout, a Blonde Ale, a Session IPA and a lager. The brewery says La Brea Brown, a Belgian-style brown ale, is its most popular beer. Seasonal releases feature local artists' takes on dinosaurs and extinct creatures.
Not everyone wants beer. The tasting room also pours wine, hard cider, brunch drinks and non-alcoholic drinks, and it has a full-service espresso bar. Wicked Wood Fired Pizza serves from a converted shipping container on the side patio, Tuesday to Sunday.
Families and pets are welcome, as long as animals stay leashed and on the patio. Cans, bottles and growlers go home with you in Fossil Cove Sixer Coolers. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Fayetteville on this site.
