Goldwater Brewing Co. is a brewery, taproom and beer garden in Old Town Scottsdale. It opened in May 2015 at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Goldwater Boulevard, at the south entrance to Old Town. This is where Goldwater brews its beer, while its other taprooms in East Mesa and South Tempe pour it.
The website says there is always something fresh on tap. Google lists it as a sports bar and a beer store as well as a brewpub, so you can watch a game or take beer home.
Goldwater does not run a kitchen. You are welcome to bring takeout from the neighbors, and food trucks visit now and then. Kids of all ages are welcome with an adult, and so are well behaved dogs on a leash.
The brewery also books private events. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Scottsdale on this site.
