Camp Colvos Brewing is a brewery and bar on Vashon Highway SW in Vashon. Its website calls this taproom the Campsite and says it is the first of three Camp Colvos locations. Matt Lawrence and Lara Feltin started the brewery in 2018.
The beer runs from West Coast and hazy IPAs to lagers, a Kolsch, a Belgian-style saison and an imperial stout. Not every beer is on at once, and the Vashon taproom has fewer taps than the Tacoma one. Shine On, a 0% ABV sparkling hop water flavored with blood orange, is on tap here too.
The Vashon taproom has a large outdoor patio. All ages are welcome, and dogs are allowed on the patio. The website says groups can write to ask whether the brewery can host them, and the patio has outdoor heaters.
