Four Generals Brewing is a family-run brewery on Wells Ave S in Renton. Its website says Ross Hudspeth established it in 2015 with his parents, Mary and Mike. The site calls it Renton's first lager brewery.
The focus is German style lagers and ales. The beer list includes a Helles, a Bamberg style Rauch Helles, a Schwarzbier and a Bavarian Pilsner. Ales include a Kölsch, an Altbier and a Gose.
Its website says the Gose won a silver medal at the World Beer Cup in 2025. The list also has cider, wine by the glass, and a rotating selection of non-alcoholic beers and cocktails.
Large warm pretzels and bags of chips are on offer, and outside food is welcome. Bottles, growlers and kegs are available to go. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Renton on this site.
