Postdoc Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom on NE 65th Street in Redmond, Washington. Its beer garden sits next to the east entrance of Marymoor Park. The website calls it a great spot for thirsty athletes, dog walkers, cyclists and commuters.
The website promises a Pacific Northwest lineup and a variety of sour and barrel aged beers. The name comes from owner and head brewer Tom Schmidlin, who named his garage brewery Postdoc while finishing a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Washington. The taproom opened to the public in 2014.
