About Olympic Bluffs Cidery
Olympic Bluffs Cidery is a hard cidery and lavender farm outside Port Angeles, Washington. Its website says the farm sits between the Olympic Mountain Range and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, with sweeping views of the ocean and mountains. The cidery, the gift shop and the farm share one 21-acre property.
The cider comes from the farm's own orchard. The website says the team makes small batches and does every step on site, from pressing the apples to fermenting, aging and bottling. The orchard has 480 semi-dwarf cider apple trees.
Scott and Ginger started the farm. Both are US Air Force veterans who first visited during the annual lavender festival in 2015 and moved to the peninsula full time in 2020. Besides the apples, they planted 3,400 lavender plants, an apiary and an acre of wheat and rye.
Salt and Cedar Bed and Breakfast joined the farm in November 2024. Leashed dogs are welcome on the farm. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Port Angeles on this site.
