Diamond Knot Production Brewery & Taproom is the production site of Diamond Knot Brewing Company, on Chennault Beach Rd in Mukilteo. Weekdays are for takeaway. The website offers kegs and packaged beer to go from this location, and says the company makes more than 600 barrels of beer a month.

The name comes from a cargo ship that sank after a collision off Port Angeles in 1947. Founders Bob Maphet and Brian Sollenberger chose it to honor the crew that salvaged the cargo.
