Three Empires Brewing is a family-owned nanobrewery in the Ford Building at Main and 5th Street, in Frisco's Rail District. It opened in the fall of 2023, and its website calls it Frisco's very first brewery. Imagine Park sits just steps from the back door.
Owners David and Mandy Wible run it hands-on every day, with David as head brewer. Their first homebrew, Amber's First Time, from 2014, is still on tap. The current list includes Rail District Ultra Light Lager, Tangerine Speedo IPA and a honey cider.
The space is family-friendly, with indoor seating and a little outdoor seating. Every table has cards or games, and there are picnic tables and outdoor games too. Thursday is trivia night and Friday is music bingo.
You can rent the whole brewery for weddings, showers, birthdays and fundraisers. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Frisco on this site.

Bring a lawn chair or a blanket. The brewery invites you to take your beer out to Imagine Park behind the building. Start with a flight if you want to try the lineup.
Check the beer menu and events on threeempiresbrewery.com before you go. The taproom is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Mug club members get their own night on the last Wednesday of the month.
