Blackwater Draw Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom on the north side of Downtown Bryan. Its website says Chris Steele and Chris Weingart founded it in 2013. The Bryan production brewery opened in 2015, and the company closed its College Station location in 2019.
The year-round beers include Border Town Tex-Mex Lager, Hazy Lady NEIPA and Horns Down Pale Lager. Contract Killer Coffee Porter and Mulligan Blonde are on the list too. Rotating taps add sours, a fruited golden ale and a rice lager.
The taproom lists 16 taps and says it is kid and dog friendly. A food truck is on site. Trivia is on Wednesdays, and Singo music bingo is on Thursdays.
