About Brass Collar Brewing Company
Brass Collar Brewing Company is a brewery and taphouse on South Front Street in Souderton. Its website says it was founded by Brody Bisson and Ben Israel, who grew it out of the Radiant Beer Project, a contract-brewed brand that made over 100 beers for other labels.
The tap list covers a lot of ground. Recent pours include a strawberry blonde ale, an Oktoberfest marzen, a chamomile saison and a West Coast IPA called Heat Wavez, plus canned cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. Many of its beers are collaborations with other breweries.
Food comes from Menagerie Foods, the in-house kitchen. The menu runs from burgers and cutlet sandwiches to jerk tacos, empanadas and fried seafood. Cans and 4-packs are sold to go.
