About Rural City Beer Co.
Rural City Beer Co. is a brewery, beer garden and brewpub on North Reamstown Road in Reamstown. It sits in the tallest building in town, in northern Lancaster County. Founders Ben and James brew the beer on site.
The tap list rotates constantly. The brewers say they make what is interesting and seasonal rather than the same beers on repeat, and they keep each pour true to style.
The Reamstown taproom serves a full food menu. The kitchen sources locally, with Clyde S. Weaver meats, Hippey's ring bologna and Hammond pretzels on the menu.
The brothers started out brewing in a garage in Lancaster. The brewery is independently owned and has a second taproom in downtown Lancaster.
