Penn Brewery is a brewery and restaurant on Vinial Street in Pittsburgh's historic Deutschtown, on the Northside. The website calls it Pittsburgh's oldest brewery. Its building has four floors and a cobblestone biergarten out front.
German-style lagers are the heart of the list. The flagship Penn Pilsner is an amber Vienna lager with caramel and toffee notes. Penn Dark, Penn Gold, Penn Weizen, Penn Kaiser Pils and two IPAs round out the year-round lineup.
