Toska Restaurant & Brewery is a wood-fired pizza restaurant and brewpub on Germantown Avenue in the Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia. It was founded by three brothers, Jim, Pep and Leo Osmanollaj, who came to Philadelphia from Kosovo. In September 2025 the restaurant hosted the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, a night Mt. Airy CDC called the neighborhood's first visit from a foreign head of state.
The name comes from Tosk, one of the two major dialects of Albanian, a nod to the founders' heritage. The kitchen works from a wood-fired oven, turning out pizzas alongside meze, shareable plates, pasta and handhelds. Toska also brews its own beer on site, including a Hazy IPA and a Three Brothers IPA.
The dining room is built for sharing, with a table setup meant for the whole group. Toska hosts Wednesday trivia and runs a weekday happy hour, and it takes bookings for private events, catering and fundraisers.
