About Bald Birds Brewing Company
Bald Birds Brewing Company is a brewery with a big taproom, an event venue and two golf simulators in Jersey Shore. It fills a former distribution center, a 153,000 square foot warehouse bought in late 2019. The brewery opened here in the fall of 2020.
The taproom covers 7,000 square feet. Outdoor seating and gaming areas add more room to spread out.
Food comes from Gunzey's Hot Sausage, which runs a permanent kitchen inside the taproom. The menu covers sausages, smash burgers, flatbread pizzas and milkshakes. You can also take beer home, with a rotating selection of 4-packs.
The pours include IPAs, pale ales, pilsners, sours, stouts, porters and wheats. Core beers include Cloudy Judgement, Fade and Wunderkind. Beer is brewed on site, with 5-barrel and 30-barrel brewing systems.
