About Suburban Brewing Co.
Suburban Brewing Co. is a brewery and taproom with a full kitchen on Horseshoe Pike in Honey Brook. The taproom opened in June 2021, and the team has been brewing in Honey Brook since 2018. Eric Yost is the chef and owner, and Justin Lambert is the brewer.
A 10 barrel system and a 1 barrel pilot system supply 14 to 16 draft beers on rotation. The small batches leave room to try new recipes, so something new is usually on tap. The flagships include Day Tripper IPA, 322 Pale Ale and Honey Brook Lager.
Many beer names come from songs and concerts the brewers had on while brewing. Day Tripper IPA, for one, is named for a Grateful Dead show.
Sit on the patio, at the downstairs bar or in the second floor bar lounge. The kitchen serves a full food menu, and you can order online.
