About The Millworks
The Millworks is a brewpub, restaurant and art gallery on Verbeke Street in Harrisburg. It fills the former Stokes Millwork building, and the design reuses timber salvaged from that building. Its website says thirty six regional artists have studios inside.
The beer is brewed on site. It is served in the restaurant, the open-air courtyard and the rooftop biergarten. The website says the beers are made with local ingredients.
The kitchen cooks with growers from Central Pennsylvania in mind, and wood fired pizzas are on the menu. The gallery sits at the entrance, so you walk past the artists' work on the way in. Free parking is on site.
The Millworks stands next to the Broad Street Market and has a private events room. More people have reviewed The Millworks on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Harrisburg on this site.
