A brewery was added on site in 2002. It runs a 10 BBL Peter Austin system with open fermentation, and the website says the brew crew makes natural, unfiltered English style ales and lagers. Olde Yeller IPA, English Red Ale and Excalibur Imperial Stout are named as the most popular.
