About Neoteric brewing
Neoteric brewing is a brewery and taproom in Huntersville, North Carolina. It is owned and run by head brewer Mike Tessari and his wife Alex, with no outside investors. Mike started as a home brewer in 2013, and the brewery opened in fall 2022.
The website describes a taproom of more than 2200 square feet, with an event space and plenty of outdoor seating. Beer is brewed on a 7BBL main system and a smaller pilot system, and the site says the brewers keep experimenting with new recipes. You can order flights, and cans of seltzer, cider and non-alcoholic beer are also available.
The taproom is family friendly, and board and card games are available to borrow. Well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome in the taproom and on the patio. Trivia has its own page on the website.
