About Local Time Brewing
Local Time Brewing is a craft brewery and taproom on South Main Street in Holly Springs. Chris and Kelly founded it in 2022, and its beers draw on brewing traditions from around the world. Its website says it was named North Carolina New Brewery of the Year in 2023.
Four flagships anchor the tap list, and each one is named for a place. They are Schönbrunn Vienna Lager, Phuket Sunset Thai Rice Lager, Tasman NZ Hazy IPA and Columbia River West-Coast IPA. Seasonal beers rotate in alongside them.
Beer is not the only option here. The Holly Springs taproom also serves wine and cocktails, and the menu lists seltzers and cider. Thursdays bring music bingo.
Local Time opened a second taproom in Lillington in 2025. Its website also says it was named Holly Springs Business of the Year in 2024.
