About Noblebräu Brewing
Noblebräu Brewing is a small brewery and taproom in Brevard. Its website says the taproom sits within 185 King Street, a music venue, and the brewery was built out next door. The owners run both businesses side by side.
Brewer Cody Noble opened the doors in November of 2020 on a 5-barrel system. A German Pilsner is always on the draft list. The rest of the lineup rotates, which the website calls its secret sauce.
Past beers include a Belgian tripel, a hefeweizen, a Brut IPA, a Kölsch and a dry Irish nitro stout. The beer archive also lists an English strong bitter and a hard seltzer.
The kitchen runs a small menu with a jumbo Bavarian pretzel, a fried chicken sandwich and a burger. Leashed dogs are welcome. The website says the taproom is family friendly during the day.
