About ONCO Fermentations, Inc.

ONCO Fermentations, Inc. is a small batch, family friendly brewery, restaurant and event space in Tully. Brian and Erin Bullard opened it in a warehouse space after ten years of planning. Brian is the head brewer and also the head chef of the Neo Kitchen.

The beer is brewed on a 3.5 barrel system and poured mainly in the taproom. The lineup runs from light beers to sours, IPAs and dark beers. Wine, cider, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks are on offer too.

The kitchen specializes in Neapolitan cold-fermented pizza. It is counter service, so you seat yourself and order at the bar. Outside, there is a large beer garden and a front deck.

A 3000 square foot back space has games and a fireplace, and the Grain Room is set up for sports viewing and movies. Live music, trivia and private event rentals fill out the calendar.
