About Bullfinch Brewpub
Bullfinch Brewpub is a brewery and restaurant in Syracuse built around a fantasy theme. Brothers Dave and Tim Collins grew up on role-playing games and comic books, and its website says that shaped the place. Dave is the master brewer, and Tim designs the can and bottle graphics.
The drink menu lists a lager, a hefeweizen, a wheat beer with honey and citrus, a double NEIPA called Simulacrum and a peanut butter imperial stout called Yawning Portal. Flights of three or four beers are offered. Several beers come in cans, including Simulacrum.
The kitchen serves nachos, wings, flatbreads, burgers and wraps. The menu marks gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes, and there is a kids menu.
The brewpub takes online table reservations and books groups and parties through its website. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Syracuse on this site.
