About Wayland Brewing Company
Wayland Brewing Company is a brewpub on North Buffalo Street in Orchard Park. Its website describes a place to gather, with a greenhouse-inspired taproom, a beer garden and lawn games. Google also lists it as a wedding venue.
The brewing approach is simple. The website says the team takes an addition-by-subtraction view, so the pure ingredients and classic taste of the drafts come through. Cans are available to go.
The kitchen is a real part of the visit. Its menus change with the seasons and use ingredients from local producers and farms. There are dinner, daytime and brunch menus.
The site also lists a bocce court and a beer shop. Wayland Hall hosts weddings and events, and its main hall seats up to 180 guests for a sit-down dinner. More people have reviewed Wayland on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Orchard Park on this site.
