About WeBe Brewing Company
WeBe Brewing Company is a farm and micro brewery on Pre Emption Road in Geneva. Its website says it opened in 2018 as the 14th brewery in Ontario County. The taproom used to be a car garage.
The taproom has 12 taps. The website says every beer contains at least 60% New York State ingredients, and the brewery sends its spent grain to a local farmer. It also pours local wine, cider, hard seltzer, craft cocktails and soda.
While clearing out the old garage, owners Colleen and Dan Lieberg found beams and supports buried behind walls and ceilings. They brought them back to life. The two started out homebrewing in their kitchen.
The kitchen serves light fare and finger foods. The menu includes popcorn, pretzel bites, nachos and salty bread pizzas. Google lists a wheelchair accessible entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating.
