About Township 7 Brewing Co
Township 7 Brewing Co is a small craft brewery in Dickinson Center, in the northern foothills of the Adirondacks. Nathan Drake founded it on the property where he grew up. He learned to brew while stationed in Alaska with the USAF.
The brewery makes unfiltered, unpasteurized beers, plus hard seltzer and a house-made sugar free ginger ale. The seltzer and ginger ale are sold in the taproom only. The beers also reach restaurants and bars around Northern New York.
The tasting room is small and open to everyone. Dogs are welcome if they are properly restrained, since children and free-range chickens share the property. Bring your own food or order delivery from a local eatery such as Firehouse Pizzeria.
Growlers go home in 32 ounce and 64 ounce sizes. The brewery room or the whole facility can be booked for meetings, parties and weddings. Happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 3 to 7 pm.
