About Wood Boat Brewery
Wood Boat Brewery is a brewpub on Mary Street in Clayton, on the St. Lawrence River in the Thousand Islands. It sits a few blocks from the downtown business district and next to the Antique Boat Museum. It is also a bar and grill and a restaurant.
Its goal is to make full flavored beer, and it also serves brick oven pizza. Four local farms grow hops and barley just for the brewery. The majority of its hops and at least 20% of its malt are produced in New York State.
Channel Marker IPA is the flagship. The list also includes White Cap Milk Stout, Old Town Oatmeal Stout, Pardon Me Pale Ale and River Rye. A New York State hard cider and a cherry wheat round it out.
In warm weather, there is the outdoor deck, with river views and sunsets. In cooler months, there is an indoor pub style restaurant and lounge.
