About Moriches Field Brewing Co.

Moriches Field Brewing Co. is a brewery and tasting room in Center Moriches. Richard Flynn founded it in June 2017, and the tasting room has been open since October 2020. The name comes from the long aviation history of Long Island.

The building at 1 Wilcox Avenue began as Rumph's Fuel Service, and the original Quonset hut is part of its story. Over the years it also housed a custom canvas and awning shop and a children's gymnastics program.

The brewery makes small batches and changes its tap list often. Past pours include a Belgian style session ale, a dry Irish stout on nitro, a Mexican style lager, a sour and several IPAs. An imperial chocolate stout aged on bourbon-soaked oak has also made the list.

You can grab a crowler to take home. The entrance and the parking lot are both wheelchair accessible.
