Sixpoint Brewery is a Brooklyn brewery on Van Dyke Street in Red Hook. Its website says Sixpoint was founded in 2004 in that neighborhood and began as a draft-only brewery. Canned beer followed in 2010.
The beer list is split into a year round core, seasonals and a small batch series. The small batch beers come out of the original Mad Scientist laboratory in super small batches. The website describes them as often experimental, sour, funky or aged in barrels.
